Overview

This remote role is dedicated to project management and the fostering of sustainable and fruitful client relationships. This Project Manager is a Client Pod position which allows for the perfect combination of skills and expertise necessary to provide an incomparable client experience, backed by an exceptional internal support network.

In Short

• Independently manage multiple qualitative market research projects simultaneously (8-10 projects at a time).
• Develop, implement, and execute project plans to ensure client objectives are met.
• Coordinate the delivery of all project deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve a successful recruit.
• Be flexible and adaptable with changes to existing key elements of projects.
• Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolution.
• Align with company goals such as maintaining high client satisfaction scores.
• Work within Sago and Client systems effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to company SOPs.
