Project Manager - Client Delivery - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager in Client Delivery at Vestmark, you will be responsible for managing high-impact initiatives with some of the most recognizable firms in the Wealth Management industry. This position requires dynamic leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to successfully deliver client-facing projects.

In Short

• Lead client implementations, upgrades, and conversions from initiation to completion.
• Define and enforce project scope, schedules, and timelines; identify risks, impediments, and deviations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate project status and manage issues.
• Lead meetings and communicate effectively with clients.
• Contribute to the growth and development of core values.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience delivering mission-critical systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, managing expectations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Aha!, MS Project, and Confluence.
