Overview

As a Technical Customer Engineer on our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for focused functional areas of execution and delivery for new client implementations onto our Managed Accounts solutions platform, requiring significant client contact and coordination with internal operations and technology teams.

In Short

  • Technical and functional analysis of customer implementation and integration requirements.
  • Documentation of configuration requirements and expected effort.
  • Configuration and setup of the managed accounts platform.
  • Configuration of data loaders and development of custom workflows.
  • Proactive identification of dependencies and project issues.
  • Management of client expectations with excellent communication skills.
  • Communication of project status to internal teams.
  • Collaboration with internal departments for superior customer service.
  • Technical support during and post implementation.
  • Development and deployment of custom reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in professional services or technical consulting with enterprise software.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise software implementation lifecycle.
  • Desired technical skills: MS Windows, SQL, ETL Tools, XML, IIS, JBOSS, Tomcat.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Self-starter with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Project management skills including task management and issue escalation.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
  • Domain knowledge on investment systems is preferred.
