Technical Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Engineer who is passionate about customer success and technical problem-solving. In this role, you will be in contact with customers, resolving support tickets efficiently and with high quality.

In Short

• Manage and resolve customer support tickets spanning Node.js, Ruby, PostgreSQL, and proprietary hardware APIs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues across software and hardware integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address escalated or complex problems.
• Document solutions, best practices, and recurring issues to enhance the knowledge base.
• Ensure timely responses and resolution of tickets in line with SLAs.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand and address their needs.

Requirements

• Strong background in Node.js/Typescript, PostgreSQL.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Excellent teamwork skills, coupled with an ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency with GraphQL, TypeORM, and Nest.js.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
