• Join a global team at Mitratech as a Technical Lead Engineer.
• Work closely with a geographically distributed team across US, Mexico, and India.
• Design and develop our Integration platform using technologies like Single Sign On, OAuth, API Gateway, and REST APIs.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Serve as a technical contact for partners and stakeholders.
• Develop scalable, secure, cloud-based Java microservices.
• Integrate with Public REST APIs and develop APIs for partner consumption.
• Participate in architecture and infrastructure design proposals.
• Guide developers in technical growth and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Proficient in API Gateway and OAuth/OIDC integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of integration techniques including REST APIs.
• Experience with elastic search and caching techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
