Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Mitratech, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on client engagement, training, and ensuring effective use of Mitratech’s products.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their lifecycle.
• Drive end user adoption through meetings and check-ins.
• Manage a portfolio of renewals and seek expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Desire to learn Mitratech software products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google software suite and Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in a client success role is a plus.
