Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the HRC Product Management Team, focusing on our ATS and Onboarding solutions tailored for the hourly workforce. In this role, you will translate a customer-facing digital content roadmap into clear business requirements, collaborating closely with the technology team to deliver new features and functionality.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of product management experience
• Proven track record of launching feature releases
• Prior skills in research, analysis, and problem-solving
• Skilled at interfacing across organizational levels
• Understand how to drive team success in a remote-first environment
• Familiar with development and collaboration tools
