Overview

As a Product Onboarding Manager at Juniper Square, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, focusing on transforming their investment data for our application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with complex datasets in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy for customers and a passion for helping them.
• Self-starter with comfort in changing environments.
• Interest in software and finance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
