Overview

The Onboarding Project Manager at Rimini Street, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of clients across all supported product lines, leading project management efforts to achieve timely completion.

• Lead successful onboarding of Rimini Street’s clients.
• Develop and manage onboarding project plans.
• Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Manage escalations and client communications effectively.
• Ensure adherence to defined ISO processes.
• Provide pre-sales onboarding assistance.
• Maintain project information in relevant systems.
• Achieve high client satisfaction and referenceability.
• Propose innovations and improvements in onboarding processes.
• Travel locally for onsite meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
• 15+ years of consulting or project management experience.
• 5+ years of ERP implementation project management experience.
• 10+ years of experience in C-Level communication.
• Strong verbal and written Korean language skills.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Technical background in SAP or Oracle is desired.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
