Overview

The Senior Project Manager Onboarding will lead the creation of a seamless end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires at Booking.com, managing global initiatives and stakeholder relationships.

• Lead the development of global end-to-end onboarding projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Understanding of Employee Experience and user-centric design.
• Excellent knowledge of programme management.
• Proven ability to deliver global scale operational plans.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
• Experience in managing onboarding processes end to end.
• Ability to build and manage relationships across the organization.
