Technical Demo Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Demo Engineer on the Pre-Sales team at SmartRecruiters, you will be responsible for supporting the Pre-Sales team in various ways by building and designing solutions with partners and clients through the design, development, testing, and deployment of various types of integrations and solutions needed by Pre-Sales both internally and in the field.

• Complete SmartRecruiters technical certifications and ramp on technology, APIs, and implementation methodologies.
• Work with Pre-Sales to showcase platform capabilities requiring technical builds.
• Assist in sales activities by creating prototypes, integrations, and solutions.
• Create integrations for demonstration purposes using SmartConnect or APIs.
• Create reports and data visualizations via API or third-party platforms.
• Deliver new ways to improve platform merchandising around integrations.
• Extend the platform to build new solutions.
• Act as a technical conduit between Partners, Product, and Infrastructure.
• Manage overall demo environments related to design and performance.
• Stay current with technology trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience on integration teams and architecting solutions.
• Ability to translate technical requirements to business value.
• Mastery in at least three of the following: SmartRecruiters, Integrations (SOAP, REST), Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Security standards, relational databases, iPaaS, SaaS.
• Expertise in architecting and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• Experience with Proof of Value workshops or implementations.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
