In Short

• Lead key partnerships with Cloud, ISV, and Channel partners.
• Define strategy, GTM integrations, co-innovation, and joint offerings.
• Build joint partner GTM to drive joint solutions and co-sell revenue.
• Establish strong relationships with partner GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design marketing programs.
• Develop and execute on joint business plans with partners.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI ecosystem and ML Platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel for partner & customer meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Cloud, and Data ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading partnerships with Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Ability to cultivate champions within partner organizations.
• Strong negotiation, business planning, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel for partner & customer meetings.
