Overview

We are seeking Support Engineers to provide world-class developer support for anyone experiencing issues or seeking guidance when using Supabase.

In Short

  • Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases.
  • Triage support cases and direct users to previous answers.
  • Monitor feedback channels like GitHub Issues & Discussions.
  • Identify areas for internal tooling to improve support efficiency.
  • Reproduce issues and improve test coverage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support providing developer support.
  • Proficient in SQL, ideally PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, and Svelte is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science is a plus.
