Overview

We are seeking Junior Support Engineers to provide world-class developer support for anyone experiencing issues or seeking guidance when using Supabase. The support team is globally distributed with a strong focus on minimizing time to fix, and works closely with the product engineering and growth teams.

In Short

  • Triage incoming support requests and categorize them.
  • Assist users with account management issues.
  • Help with incident Swarming and reply to tickets.
  • Identify patterns in tickets and suggest automation improvements.
  • Assist with technical issues and provide learning opportunities.
  • Update support documentation including knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work full-time Monday to Friday in your timezone.
  • Join a globally distributed team with a focus on developer experience.
  • Enjoy a fully remote work environment.
  • Participate in an annual off-site company gathering.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
  • Familiarity with SQL, especially Postgres is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte is a bonus.
  • Linux command line experience is beneficial.
