Junior IT Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior internal IT Support Engineer at HSO, providing the first point of contact for technical support and system administration.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing laptops, accounts, and access rights.
• Monitor and manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Align daily with peers and weekly with the broader NL-IT team.
• Participate in local and global changes and internal IT projects.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

• Experience with hardware and software maintenance.
