Overview

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support leaders in strengthening teams and enriching the company culture.

In Short

• Independently manage a defined employee group throughout the Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Advise and support leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, and team structure.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, projects, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiting, HR Operations, and Learning & Development to design modern and efficient HR processes.
• Manage contracts and documentation, including the creation of employment contracts, references, and certificates.
