Junior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning and executing HR initiatives and business objectives with employees and team leads, serving as a trusted advisor to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

In Short

• Identify talent needs and build execution plans.
• Facilitate Talent Review/Succession Planning roundtables.
• Ensure efficient organizational structure deployment.
• Serve as the conduit between HR and the business.
• Work with HR Center of Excellence to drive talent priorities.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management.
• Provide performance management guidance to line management.
• Work to improve work relationships and increase retention.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience in financial or professional services organizations preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of employee benefits.
• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and T&E systems.
• Experience in a growth-centric organization preferred.
• Previous Insurance/Banking Industry experience preferred.
