Overview

The Underwriting and Financial Analyst will lead placement and analytics for level funded and self-funded clients, managing RFP preparation, carrier negotiations, and financial modeling.

• Manage RFP preparation and carrier quote review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of underwriting and analytics.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data and create visual reports.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Must possess state insurance licenses.
