Overview

The Consultant Financial Analysis and Reporting will assist in the development and reporting of the Employee Benefits operating plan, working closely with various departments.

In Short

  • Develop multi-year premium projections for Outlook and Budget.
  • Collaborate with Actuarial, Sales, Underwriting, and Product.
  • Analyze financial data and trends.
  • Responsible for financial reporting of Outlook.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop strong working relationships throughout Employee Benefits.
  • 5+ years of finance experience required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and TM1 is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and performance-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with insurance accounting and reporting.
  • Ability to learn quickly and assimilate new applications.
