As the Team Lead in the Core Company, you will manage a high-impact squad dedicated to ensuring Sunbit's compliance with critical processes and data integrity, driving quality, scalability, and accountability.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in software development focused on system architecture.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams and managing projects.
• Experience with large-scale systems, data pipelines, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Java and cloud technologies.
• Passion for compliance and data accuracy.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in English.
