Senior Director, Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

Sunbit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Capital Markets to join our growing team. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing Sunbit's capital markets strategy, including managing existing warehouse facilities, managing and expanding the company’s forward flow loan sale programs, structuring and executing the company’s ABS strategy for both the unsecured loan and credit card products, executing growth capital funding transactions, and optimizing the company's capital structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in capital markets, focusing on structured finance.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and risk management.
• Proven ability to execute complex structured finance transactions.
• Existing relationships with investors in debt markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced in MS Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
