Overview

As the Director, Capital Markets - Home Lending, you will play a critical role in securing and optimizing loan funding sources and structures to drive the success of our Home Lending business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capital markets or structured finance.
• Strong track record of driving funding strategies.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• Skilled negotiator with a history of securing favorable terms.
• Comprehensive business acumen of the Home Lending business.
• Experience in a fintech or high growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI-driven underwriting models is a plus.
