In Short

• Serve as the expert in the company for pricing and revenue management
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to build pricing intelligence
• Oversee and manage a team of pricing analysts
• Execute whole loan trades and analyze trading outcomes
• Accurately distribute loan pricing to customers and loan officers
• Develop and manage a subset of Tomo’s marketing channels
• Find new business opportunities and potentially start a new division

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in finance or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to spot market inefficiencies
• Experience in systematizing complexity
• Willingness to take on new projects
• Comfort in a technical environment, with SQL and/or Python experience preferred
• Finance background with an interest in Engineering, or vice versa
