Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and microservice architecture.
• Experience with AWS services and containerization.
• Knowledge of automated testing and continuous deployment.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools, especially LLMs.
• A deep understanding of backend technology stacks.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently.
• Empathy for homebuyers and a team-first mentality.
• Willingness to engage in vibrant debates and quick decision-making.
• Familiarity with fintech or real estate technology is a plus.
