Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Data Solutions team, assisting customers with the Subscript platform after they go live.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for customers post-launch.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to the product.
• Work with various tools including Front, Github, SQL, and Postman.
• Help shape the future of Support at Subscript.
• Primarily cover US West hours with flexibility for APAC hours.
• Work in an asynchronous team environment with no scheduled meetings.
• Engage in continuous learning and support other team members.
• Contribute to improving customer experience and internal processes.
• Participate in a transparent and communicative interview process.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently.
• Willingness to learn about finance and B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with tools like Front, Github, and Postman is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
