Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level corporate roles, with a primary focus on Sales Operations positions supporting commercial teams in a high-volume, enterprise recruiting environment.

In Short

• Manage 10–20+ active requisitions for Sales Operations and corporate roles.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate candidate experience and skills.
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and align recruiting strategies.
• Provide market insights related to candidate availability and compensation benchmarks.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on pipeline progress and hiring status.
• Manage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and HiredScore.
• Track recruiting performance against defined metrics in a high-volume environment.
• Travel percentage of 10% may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles.
• Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles.
• Experience in medtech, healthcare, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ideal candidate should be based in EST/CST time zone.
