• Ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Technically fluent in understanding software development roles.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Skilled in navigating complex compensation discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
• Expert in driving high offer-acceptance rates.
• Process-oriented with a focus on execution and improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
