Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will advise and work with hiring managers to provide full life cycle recruiting, driving internal talent acquisition strategies and navigating Mercer’s matrixed organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in the RIA industry or financial services.
• Knowledge of recruiting systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and service mindset.
