Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for consultative recruitment of talent and cultivating internal relationships across the organization to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR disciplines.
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in behavioral-based interviewing.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by challenges.
  • Ability to leverage data for decision making.
