Senior Production Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Coordinator assists and reports directly to the Producer by sourcing, scheduling and organizing for upcoming events. This role is responsible for assisting event teams in all aspects of event management for various events including conferences, trade shows, dinners, corporate galas, and incentive programs.

In Short

• Coordinate specific event components such as transportation, meeting room bookings, food and beverage, and talent management.
• Oversee venue contracting processes and manage concessions.
• Manage event housing logistics including room blocks and attrition.
• Handle catering logistics and food and beverage minimums.
• Participate in creative event ideation and maintain the look and feel of creative decks.
• Manage event staff including PAs and BAs.
• Source props and décor as per creative directions.
• Draft and edit debriefs from client calls.
• Assist with budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Book travel and accommodations for event staff.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing events.
• Understanding of event industry norms.
• Experience with budget and financial tracking.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to take initiative and produce high-quality work.
• Experience in onsite team management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist colleagues with projects outside of job requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
