Overview

The Senior Production Coordinator will support the portfolio of live events, expos, and activations from concept through onsite execution, ensuring alignment with Opus Best Practices and policies.

• Support live events, expos, and activations.
• Assist with project workflow and monitoring schedules.
• Submit crew travel and housing arrangements.
• Provide support during pre-production and onsite events.
• Coordinate with producers and internal teams.
• Maintain production calendars and workflow grids.
• Manage vendor databases and file administration.
• Ensure effective communication within the team.
• Travel up to 50% annually.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production or related fields.
• Fluency in Google Suite and Microsoft programs.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
