In Short

• End-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from needs analysis to active sourcing, interviews, selection, and contract negotiation to hiring.
• Close collaboration with executives, management, and HR colleagues in various countries to develop individual hiring strategies.
• Recruitment for central corporate areas (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) as well as for our creative studios worldwide.
• Building and maintaining an international talent pool focused on tech, creative, and business profiles.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and high service orientation towards internal stakeholders.
• Using data-driven approaches to continuously optimize our processes.
• Developing and implementing modern recruiting and employer branding strategies.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment in the tech industry.
• Proven expertise in managing hiring processes holistically.
• Strong communication and advisory skills as a partner for executives.
• High service orientation and passion for building positive candidate experiences.
• Proficient use of modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; good German skills are a plus.
