Overview

The Director - Business Ethics and Investigations Program Lead will provide operational oversight of the investigations program and compliance investigation processes, focusing on team execution and operational continuity.

• Oversee the internal investigations program for the global Business Ethics and Investigations team.
• Manage the Ethics Hotline for reporting compliance and business ethics concerns.
• Develop and implement standardized investigative policies and processes.
• Conduct analysis of investigations data to identify trends and risks.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise compliance reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver reports to the Board of Directors and other committees.
• Develop investigation-related communications and training materials.
• Supervise the Lead Compliance Investigations Analyst.
• Support risk assessment and monitoring efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of applicable professional experience.
• Experience managing a confidential whistleblower and ethics hotline.
• Skilled in data analysis and presentation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Integrity and adherence to confidentiality.
• Legal degree or CPA/CFE certification preferred.
• Experience with healthcare compliance laws preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex organization.
• Experience in the life sciences industry preferred.
