The Director of Business Operations will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the company's strategy and planning initiatives, focusing on market development and project management in a weight-inclusive healthcare environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or business operations.
• Experience in M&A strategy and due diligence processes.
• Proven track record in developing strategic plans and OKRs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and market analysis.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
