• Join the Global Partnerships team to develop and execute high-impact initiatives with AI partners.
• Work closely with AI Infrastructure Applied AI and Experimental Projects teams.
• Support AI initiatives including build vs. buy decisions.
• Lead relationships with partners to execute on requirements.
• Negotiate, sign, and manage relationships with global partners.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
• Drive creation and execution of partner strategy.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and drive creative solutions.
• Exhibit an operationally focused mindset.
• Navigate a fast-changing environment and develop expertise on Stripe's offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Track record of driving payments or financial technology partnerships.
• Experience incubating emerging products in fast-changing environments.
• Broad experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals with financial and technology partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
