In Short

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor customer health and success.
  • Partner with Sales for contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and streaming analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with customer success tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Azure, GCP, snowflake, databricks.
  • Open to travel: 25%.
