Overview

The Customer Success Manager will work with Helpshift’s customers to enhance their customer service experience through innovative mobile-first solutions.

In Short

  • Build strong executive and business user relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with a global CSM team across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Partner with Account Managers for value creation and customer growth.
  • Establish critical goals and KPIs to aid customer success.
  • Become a product expert and trusted advisor for customers.
  • Present quarterly business review data and prepare reports.
  • Advocate for customer needs and manage issue escalations.
  • Manage multiple projects and respond to high-priority inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in customer success for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
  • Navigate Enterprise organizations to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Experience supporting 30-40 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Bonus points for a master's degree or equivalent experience.
