Requirements

  • 8+ years of performance marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 3+ years of direct mail and catalog marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of e-commerce leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategies.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or greater preferred.
  • Proficiency with data tools like GA4 and PowerBI.
  • Experience with Asana is a bonus.
