Overview

The Retention Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day to day execution of Stio's retention marketing programs across email, SMS, and other supporting channels, focusing on building and deploying campaigns, monitoring performance, and translating results into sharper retention strategies.

In Short

  • Execute retention marketing programs across email and SMS.
  • Build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Optimize automated lifecycle flows.
  • Manage segmentation lists and dynamic audiences.
  • Conduct pre-send QA and support A/B testing.
  • Compile performance reports and monitor campaign performance.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs between teams.
  • Support cross-channel retention initiatives.
  • Document testing setups and results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in email marketing or retention marketing.
  • Highly proficient in Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with GA4.
  • Attention to detail in QA and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Genuine interest in customer behavior and retention strategy.
  • Ecommerce experience preferred.
