Overview

The Sr. Manager, Retail Inventory Planning is responsible for managing and optimizing in-store inventory to drive sales, margin, and store performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in planning or supply chain analysis
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with planning software preferred
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
• Curiosity for continuous improvement
• Willingness to handle ad-hoc reporting
