Overview

The Sr. Manager, Retail Inventory Planning is responsible for managing and optimizing in-store inventory to drive sales, margin, and store performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in planning or supply chain analysis.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with planning software preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Curiosity to drive results and process improvements.
• Willingness to handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
