Overview

The Retail Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving the execution of Superfeet’s retail marketing strategy. This role serves as a vital bridge between sales, marketing, and retail partners, supporting product launches, seasonal resets, and in-store experiences that bring the Superfeet brand to life.

In Short

• Act as the primary intake for retail marketing requests from sales reps and external retail partners.
• Maintain and update the product catalog and related sell-in tools.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal POP refreshes across retail partners.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver retail marketing assets.
• Build and maintain a calendar of key retailer moments.
• Support the development and distribution of seasonal social media assets.
• Help ideate and execute on retail-facing product launches.
• Track the performance of retail marketing programs.
• Manage and maintain the company’s digital asset management platform.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of promotional merchandise.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in retail marketing or related fields.
• Familiarity with retail timelines and merchandising strategies.
• Experience with DAM platforms or Project Management tools is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to business-related events as needed.
