Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at Superfeet, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences for consumers, retailers, distributors, and internal teams across North America and international markets.

In Short

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, B2B chat, and social platforms.
  • Educate customers on product features, fit, and benefits.
  • Provide accurate order status updates and troubleshoot issues.
  • Meet key performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily caseload in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Process consumer and retail orders accurately.
  • Support international shipments and manage backorder reports.
  • Assist with reporting and tracking customer trends.
  • Perform general administrative duties and support special projects.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer service or order management role.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with cultural awareness for international partners.
