Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team by coordinating various tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva required).
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Drive, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with event logistics is a plus.
• Prior B2B marketing experience is helpful.
