The Digital Design Coordinator at Intrinsic Digital is responsible for transforming client ideas into stunning visual stories, driving creativity and results in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for ad projects.
• Create banner and video ads using design software.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch images for various platforms.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal teams on design objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
• Fulfill up to 120 creative assignments per month.
• Participate in team events and activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Experience with design and animation software.
• Proficiency in video editing software.
• Experience in copywriting and proofing.
• Ability to mentor peers and work collaboratively.
• Self-management skills using project management tools.
• Experience with DSPs is a plus.
