Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of driving significant growth through performance marketing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
