Overview

We are seeking a revenue-driven Director of Performance Marketing to lead our B2B SaaS company’s paid marketing and website optimization efforts. This individual will oversee and optimize paid channels, lead website conversion rate optimization (CRO), manage a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in website optimization and CRO strategies.
• 7+ years of management experience leading teams of 8+ professionals.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $124,800 to $187,100.
• Compensation determined by market data, skills, and work history.
• Additional variable compensation discussed during the interview process.
