Overview

The Performance Marketing Director will oversee AirSculpt’s paid media strategy with the goal of maximizing revenue goals while driving efficient and effective customer acquisition with an optimal media mix.

• Oversee paid media strategy and execution.
• Manage digital campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Collaborate with SEO Manager for optimal website performance.

• Provide leadership on campaign performance.

• Explore upper funnel channels like OTT/CTV.
• Stay updated on digital media trends.
• Work with content team on creative opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of media performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Media.
• Experience in health and wellness vertical preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ad platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to synthesize data for presentations.
• Test-and-learn mindset for performance improvements.
