Overview

As an Appointment Coordinator at AirSculpt®, you will engage with prospective patients and manage leads to arrange consultations.

In Short

  • Conduct in-depth qualification on 100+ leads daily.
  • Engage with prospective patients via text, email, or phone.
  • Arrange in-clinic or virtual consultations.
  • Meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle large volume of outbound calls and chats.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Full-time and weekend availability required.
  • Availability to work 3-11pm Eastern.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
