Overview

AirSculpt® is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Project Management to lead strategic Operations projects and initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across executive leadership and department heads. This role plays a critical part in driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic project management with Operations.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional presence.
